By accessing or using the PawDubai mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Rizzello Software Systems FZCO ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PawDubai is a platform connecting pet owners with pet-related services in Dubai, including but not limited to:

Dog walking and exercise tracking.
Daycare and boarding booking.
A directory of dog-friendly venues and locations.
A community feed for pet owners.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable local and federal laws of the UAE.
Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
Be solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your pets at all times.
Provide accurate information when booking services or interacting with other users.

5. Third-Party Services

PawDubai connects you with independent third-party service providers (e.g., dog walkers, daycare facilities). We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee these providers. Any arrangement between you and a service provider is solely between the two parties. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by or licensed to Rizzello Software Systems FZCO. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rizzello Software Systems FZCO and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
