No surprises on the figure

Every request shows what the walk pays before you accept it. That number is what you agreed to — we do not adjust it afterwards.

Owners pay when they book, so there is nobody to chase. When a walk is done you request a payout in the app and we transfer it by hand — we are a young company and do not run automated payouts yet. Our share is set out in the walker agreement before your first walk.

You say when

Set your availability in the calendar and accept only the requests that suit you. No shifts, no minimum hours, no penalty for saying no.

You say where

Choose the areas you actually want to work. Owners outside them never see you, so you are not turning down walks across town.

Your reputation is yours

Reviews, regulars and recurring bookings stay attached to your profile. Walkers rated well in an area get suggested there first.

What happens before you start

Owners are handing a stranger their dog, and your profile is all they have to go on before they message you.

    Areas, weekly hours, rate and a photo. Owners see all of it before they book, so it is worth filling in properly.

    A word about you

    Write a few lines on your experience with dogs. Owners read it, and they can message you before they book anything.

  3. 03

    Pet first aid

    Put any training you have in your profile. If you have none, leave it out — it is not a bar, and we would rather you did not claim it.
